UDITE is the pan-European organisation of (non political) directors of local government organisations. They wanted to install an award system for the best local governments in Europe in the field of organisational development. We defined a method and a set of criteria to do this, trained a group of local government managers to do the assessments and played a crucial role in making the final assessment.
