Triodos Bank has strong Dutch roots and was developing from being a pioneer in corporate sustainable (responsible) banking towards a major player in the banking world. Nevertheless a structure was needed in which country management, service-lines, financial and ethical risk assessments were to be fulfilled in a professional way. Mirroring this process and helping to define new working and decision making processes in Holland, Belgium, Spain and the UK was our contribution, which was executed successfully.
