Robeco is a large investment bank in the Netherlands, with a big retail operation. After describing their main processes they concluded it was necessary to maintain and improve their business processes. Because of this they asked Rijnconsult for support. We assisted them by, amongst other activities, defining their business architecture, assessing and training business process owners and defining a quality charter. In order to accomplish this, we supplied Robeco with an interim quality manager.
