The island of Bonaire, part of the Dutch realm in the Caribbean, has invested an important amount of money in increasing the inhabitant’s awareness of the importance of tourism for the local economy. Rijnconsult was asked to assess the effectiveness of this program and is helping to improve the effect. The latter includes advising about (inter-)organisational development.
